The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
If your IBM i is accessible from the web, you could also host the site on
godaddy and have it access your product table on your i directly. You
should be able to use the "db2_" family of php functions to access your
file remotely without any MySQL at all.
You may want to benchmark the performance depending on the size of your
product list.
You can find out about the db2_ functions here:

Re: PHP and mySQL startup

This whole thing is fast becoming bigger and bigger ...
Rather than trying to keep a remote (GODADDY) MySQL DB in sync with your
IBM i DB, have you considered just posting a hyperlink on your Web site
that refers to your IBM i HTTP server? Hosting the application and data
under your own server instead of outsourcing it?
Keeping two disparate databases on separate platforms in sync is always
more work than one thinks.
