The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

Beside the fact that padding hours is tantamount to theft (billing for work
not done), the client generally understands the rough costs involved in the
work to be done.
I think most of us assess our productive time accordingly.
