I have tried this also. I tried using the FDF that was created with the Excel transfer. It gave me an error saying I couldn't use that FDF. I downloaded the file from the 400 to create the FDF file. When I tried uploading the file I get an error saying the AS/400 Field Reference file name is not correct.

Have you triple verified that the Field Reference File Name is correct and pointing to the correct folder?
