Hi,

After the window asking for the fdf name, a window with the button <Properties> appears.
On the <Options> tab, I click on <Allow conversion decimal to character data> , or something like that (translating from French version ).

You didn't say exactly what error you were getting, but often if you mix data types in the spreadsheet you get an error even though a scan is performed by the wizard. I think you may have to enter a new fdf name, otherwise it will try and use the old one. Not <sure> maybe you can tell me after. The new fdf is generated automatically.
