Yes on the infoprint.
In fact, one of the programs called before the offending programs had
lines like

* Close & reopen Printer File after 10 pages (5 duplexed) because of
* an Infoprint glitch which occurs after printing the 5th duplexed
page.

Backup guy changed it from USROPN and commented out the OPEN/CLOSE and
that helped somewhat.
