On V5R4, the latest PTF to keep would be SI26763.

I'll have to research if there is a recommended route for removing the 2
ptf's and how it will affect the pre-req and co-req's since I believe all
involved need to be reviewed.


SI26763 was superceded by SI30543..... which was superceded by SUPERSEDED
BY: SI32147.

That means one of three things. One that PTF really didn't have the issue
