Hi Simon,

Many thanks - I have now installed Java and can get into HTTP *Admin but I
used QSECOFR which it didn't like because that doesn't have *IOSYSCFG rights
and you cannot add it.

Is there an existing user profile with those rights or do I need to create
one?

I had already installed QSHELL. I don't knowingly use ODBC - do I need to
worry about this?
