No. Unfortunately, the 4th drive is a real pain to get at. Which is part of the reason I don't have 4th drive installed (the other is cooling concerns).

There's a ring up in front of the 4th drive bay. I don't have the front panel off to see exactly, but IIRC, the ring holds the inner (metal) drive bay cover. You'll need to remove the panel to extract the drive out the front. To get the front panel off you'll also need to remove right side panel to get at 2 of the front panel screws. My previous reply (no) was inaccurate.

Cage removal also involves a slide latch near the bottom of the cage. There's a screw on the front (metal) panel that needs to loosened/removed such that lever can move to right (towards motherboard) to free the 2 tabs. I'll send photo.
