I think you need to have a real IP address (most likely the one that
matches theirs.)

In CFGTCP option 10 you need:

Internet Host
Address Name

xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx HostNname.DomainName

Where the Host Name = Host name "dot" Domain name from CFGTCP option 12.
