The system *does* need to be in a dedicated state.
I would probably run it if I thought the database cross reference tables are
corrupted along the lines of what you have found. In my experience it is not
a long running command (say around 10-15 minutes, maybe less, but YMMV) but
be sure to specify the *DBXREF option...
All things considered you can see what Chuck has to say as well.

If you are on V5R4 you can check whether a RCLSTGDBXREF is
required by

Thanks for the suggestions. Not sure how you know about all
of these files. But here is what we found.
Everything was fine until we got to the
DSPDBR QUSRSYS/QAOSAY07DRV and
DSPDBR QUSRSYS/QAOSAY07 mbr(qaosay07)
Both of these show 0 dependencies.
Now do you have any suggestions on how we can recreate the
missing dependencies?
