I'm guessing it will be RCLSTG *DBXREF.

If you are on V5R4 you can check whether a RCLSTGDBXREF is required by
running RCLDBXREF OPTION(*CHECK). See this link for more details:

Thanks for the suggestions. Not sure how you know about all
of these files. But here is what we found.
Everything was fine until we got to the
DSPDBR QUSRSYS/QAOSAY07DRV and
DSPDBR QUSRSYS/QAOSAY07 mbr(qaosay07)

Both of these show 0 dependencies.

Now do you have any suggestions on how we can recreate the
missing dependencies?
