Gotta agree with Al here. There's been times when I called on the HMC and
found out that the support had lapsed while everything was still going
strong on the i5's.
Also, suggest staggering your i5 maintenance. Quite something when you
call in with a support issue on one to get denied (got that mess cleared
up) and a suggestion to call in on one of the others. Since it was
software it wasn't too hard. Now, if was something that a MF* ptf would
have been necessary for...
