Al is right. It's based upon serial number, and there is Hardware and
Software Maintenance that you require. We have seen quite a few accounts
where their business partner didn't order this coverage after the warranty
expires.

Interesting; as far as I can determine, we only have one Support Line
contract, so the HMC must be "bundled" in it.
I doubt IBM would figure we were already paying enough and give us a
freebie... :)
