Carsten,

I did not have an issue with the CFGL entries. I did learn, however, that
the Remote Location name in this list has to be different than the one for
TCP. One name for TCP, one name for SNA.

Hello Trevor,

In my experience, one possible cause would be the QAPPNRMT configuration
list setting:

Change Configuration List
SYSTEMA
19-10-07
17:00:3
Configuration list . . : QAPPNRMT

Configuration list type : *APPNRMT

Text . . . . . . . . . : Remote location list

Type changes, press Enter.

----------------------------APPN Remote
Locations---------------------------
Remote Remote Control

Remote Network Local Control Point Location
Secure
Location ID Location Point Net ID Password Loc

SYSTEMB APPN SYSTEMA SYSTEMB APPN *YES

Did you configure your source system as a secure location in the
QAPPNRMT configuration list on the target system? If not, and you decide
to make the change, be sure to vary the APPC controller on the target
system off and on again after the change, for the new setting to take
effect.

Best regards,
