Running the DSPFD command below actually does write the DDM-specific data
an output file:that
DSPFD FILE(<ddmfile>)
TYPE(*ATR)
OUTPUT(*OUTFILE)
FILEATR(*DDMF)
OUTFILE(DDMOUTF)
I'm not sure whether Matt's E-mail mentioning the DSPFD command implied
he'd prefer an API over an output file, but the output file method is anhave.
