That seems logical to me. Tier based pricing as a whole does not
however.
This isn't something I've seen in the PC world (where user-based
pricing seems to be the norm). Anyone care to comment on what they
think the logic behind tier-based pricing is?

P.S. - I'm not really crazy about user-based pricing either, though I'm
coming to think it might be the least of the evils.
