We had a similar problem. Turned out the siplest solution was to print on 2 less lines, and have the form a sliver of characters narrower.

The problem was that even though many PC printers emulate some type of printer known to IBM OS, there is a break down of plug & play on the PC printer end. They can't handle the full width of the printer they are supposedly emulating. Many of these PC printers are designed for both cut sheets and continuous forms. Even though we are using them with continuous forms, they sometimes act like they can't turn off cut sheet features to grab paper at top bottom & sides, so the output from 400 has to leave extra blank space at top bottom and sides to accommodate these PC printer inadequacies.

Greetings,

I'm confused (pretty normal state). We currently print P.O.s on a 4224 printer using a custom form. Time to reorder forms, and now we would like to buy cut sheet form and print these P.O.'s out on an HP LaserJet (configured via Client Access). I tested this, and for whatever reason, when the P.O. printed out on the laser, it was greatly condensed both horizontally and vertically?
