The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

The form is getting put in COR(computer output reduction).
You will need to overide that with ovrprtf.
It's very unlikely the form will print out correctly with
no mods to the program or the print file.
