A "full" branch has actual employees working in a building.
The last office I saw was in Charleston,SC. They had a tad
over 150 folks including CE's. I understand that is now a
one office deal with nothing but CE's using it to hold parts.
No marketing, no support, and I don't recall the last time
I saw an actual IBM sign on a building.
The "new" IBM doesn't exist to the public any more with
the exception of those snazzy ads on tv that very few folks
understand.(What's under the red sheet ?)
