It's also very possible the Canadian call center is staffed by southwest asian immigrants. On 3/19/07, Joe Pluta <joepluta@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> wrote:
I left a very similar email to Sam Palmisano's email inbox, and have already been contacted by someone from the chairman's office. They're looking into it, but what I thought was interesting is that they believe the call was taken by a call center in Canada. Even though I'm reasonably certain the caller was neither a native American nor Canadian, I've been wrong before. It COULD have been a Quebecoise, I suppose, but I seriously doubt it. I guess we'll see. In any event, I do appreciate the immediate response this has garnered. Joe
