Couple of thoughts: 1.) Exchange needs to allow SMTP relaying from iSeries IP address. Set up by Exchange Admin. 2.) SMTP send command may need to support authenticated SMTP. Not sure if Aarons RPGMAIL supports this. If it does, send a valid Exchange user/password when mailing from the iSeries.
