IBM is getting its clock cleaned

the market doesn't think so.... last 6 months IBM stock went from 76 to 97
MS went from 23 to 30 (round numbers but approx same increase)

I know. I keep expecting IBM profits to drop but they continue to increase!
How will the p5 and xSeries fare in 2007 when Dell and HP are selling dual quad
core servers for less than IBM? On the mainframe front, I have no idea. My
prediction is IBM will continue to morph into a computer services and software
applications company and leave its legacy users and stakeholders behind.
