Proble with Fix Central

Hi list,

I'm having a strange problem trying to download some fixes from Fix Central. 
When I get to the "Order fixes" page, which asks for contact and shipping 
information, and  click on "Continue" the applet goes dim and gets stuck there 
("hangs"). It does not seem to contact the i5 (or do anything else, for that 
matter). Same problem on Firefox and IE6.

Anyone has seen this problem before?
