Rob, (Sorry about the late post, I?m getting up to date of a couple of days
without checking the list..)
?The point of that? is that the QSTRPRTWTR system value can (also) be changed
during a manual IPL. At this moment the system sets QSTRPRTWTR in order to
allow QSTRUP to start or not the printer writers.
I concur on the fact that this could be a changeable value, though.

Yeah, I found that out. :-(
What the heck's the point of that? So at IPL time I can do a RTVSYSVAL
and start them all manually if desired? Now, if they add the system value
that I want, what would they call it?
