Went to common.org. Clicked on Members Only. Clicked on Requirements. Went to iSociety. Enrolled into that. Can't find requirements anywhere on that site. Did, however, submit a Request for Design Change at https://www-912.ibm.com/r_dir/ReqDesChange.nsf/Request_for_Design_Change?OpenForm Rob Berendt -- Group Dekko Services, LLC Dept 01.073 PO Box 2000 Dock 108 6928N 400E Kendallville, IN 46755 http://www.dekko.com pnelson@xxxxxxxxxx Sent by: midrange-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx 12/20/2006 02:08 PM Please respond to Midrange Systems Technical Discussion <midrange-l@xxxxxxxxxxxx> To Midrange Systems Technical Discussion <midrange-l@xxxxxxxxxxxx> cc Subject Re: GO SAVE - status screen You could submit this as a requirement via COMMON's requirements group -- Paul Nelson Arbor Solutions, Inc. 708-670-6978 Cell pnelson@xxxxxxxxxx -----midrange-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx wrote: ----- To: midrange-l@xxxxxxxxxxxx From: rob@xxxxxxxxx Sent by: midrange-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx Date: 12/20/2006 02:06PM Subject: GO SAVE - status screen Many moons ago IBM gave us the nice IPL screen that gives you the status as the system is firing up. See CHGIPLA DSPSTS(...) With V5R4 they changed the layout of the data area QRCLSTG and show you a pretty screen that says how long each step of the RCLSTG took in the past and an estimate of how long it should take this time. What will it take to get a new data area that captures each step of GO SAVE - "21. Entire system" , store this into a data area, and display a screen similar to the V5R4 RCLSTG screen?
