520s going to Gigabit -- MIDRANGE-L

On our 520 boxes we will be reconfiguring a 100mb ethernet connection to
some basic unmanaged switches to a gigabit ethernet connection to a Cisco
6509 and a Cisco 3560G.  Other then the normal config items on the line
description for speed and duplex, are there any other items to be aware of?
(Or past gotchas experienced by listserv members...)?
