Hi Aaron - FWIW LPPs are probably not going to get you back the space that you need unless your box has way less than it needs in the first place. These are the first places I look to buy back bigger numbers: 1. Performance Data - on our system 2 weeks of data = 5.5 GB 2. Audit Journals - on our system 30 days of audit journals = 7.9 GB 3. Library QSYSDIR - holds backups of temporarily applied PTFs in save files. On our prod box this is currently 749 MB. I've seen it over twice as big. You'd be amazed at how much space you can get back just by perm applying your Java PTFs. Run RTVDSKINF/PRTDSKINF regularly and keep stats so you know where your space is going. Warning: QAEZDISK (The output file for RTVDSKINF) is the largest object in QUSRSYS on our system, at 1.6 GB. Will option 12 of GO LICPGM completely delete that program and give me back the space I am looking for? The manual just guides you through the process and gives you some "Considerations" pages. Are there any other things I should be aware of as I am deleting licensed programs? Thanks, Aaron Bartell http://mowyourlawn.com
