Is it a stretch to think that this procedure should also apply to ANY system journal??? If so, then an automatic reset of the system clock to standard time shouldn't be allowed to occur... This article seems to recommend using "Time Adjustment" too... But, using "Time Adjustment" can't be combined with allowing the system to automatically reset the system clock. If you did that I would imagine that there would be a possibility of setting your clock back more than one hour. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm, what to do ... what to do ...
