To get the name of the field use DSPFFD.

But the answer to your question is: no, it can't be done. You have to
process the file (with a shared OVRDBF) in a simple RPG programme, perhaps
using the logic cycle. The OPNQRYF should have DELETE options to allow the
deletes.
