QSH cp command help

QSH cp questions:
1. How can I find help of the cp 
   command in QSHELL?
   I like to copy file only when it 
   is newer than the target.
2. I like to use also "cp -i..." (interactive) to
prompt the user.
   But if I put the commands in a script file, 
   and use QSH CMD('script.sh'),
   it does not stop for the answer
   of the user, but proceeds to the next command line.
