The lic storage space has to be allocated and does not dynamically expandwhen needed. It has always been this way. Usually comes up when new release put on, and the instructions take you thru checking and updating this prior to the install.That's why skipping pre-install steps are risky. Is this a machine recently upgraded to V5R3?
