 We are looking at, demo'd the ondemand product from IBM. Its changed since the 
rdars days and even has a web interface, cost is not bad also. The product can 
index and parse through spools and give the ability to reprint.

What, if anything, are you using for content or document management
for your spool files?

We have some reports that are generated for a specific location (about
200 seperate locations)  and printed at the seperate locations. Many
of these reports are not easily reproduced. We often get requests to
reprint these. Most are saved in an outq for a while and then cleaned
up later. We want to investigate more robust options for managing
this.
