One other option to look at is iNav. Users could use that to drag and drop spool files on to their desk top or into MS Explorer. Only bad fluke about that is you can't drop them directly into email and the recipient actually be able to read the attachment. Better to paste it on to your desktop and then drag that into email. You can create a shortcut directly to the spool file part so that users do not have to drill down. Rob Berendt
