I don't think that this is going to happen.  I think that what they are
planning to do in a future release is to charge for the S/36 and S/38
compilers.  Customers still running under the S/36 environment aren't
spending money with IBM.  If you have a RPG/38 (source type RPG38, you
blank out the numbers 38 and you get RPG (400) for free.

When did this happen? We are going to have to port all of our apps, is
