Re: SNMP Traps

I have never seen the linkup/linkdown messages before.  I am familiar with
the coldstart traps and regular traps.
A quick search found a reference to this SNMP trap being generated after a
FTP PPP connection disconnects or goes idle.  It was in SQ24-5190 on page
149.
