Last December it popped up as QSYSOPR message, I put in a service call; IBM was out the next business day and replaced it in about 10 minutes. He said we had about 90 days from the time the message to actual failure. So, pay attention to your QSYSOPR messages. I think they could do better about making this setup more apparent and visible to the user when those controllers are installed. I think people tend to learn about it AFTER they run into the problem...
