No postmark.  And it says on the postage label "UPS Mail Innovations"

Hmmm...

And USPS is fantastic in my mind - I can't believe this took 2.5 weeks
in transit when I mail a package from here in Iowa on a Saturday and it
arrives in Louisiana on Monday.  Just doesn't add up.
