WHOA - UPS Mail Innovations is a UPS label - not a USPS (US Postal) label.
this is a brown truck label.....

Hmmm...

And USPS is fantastic in my mind - I can't believe this took 2.5 weeks
in transit when I mail a package from here in Iowa on a Saturday and it
arrives in Louisiana on Monday.  Just doesn't add up.

The front of the package says "Ship date 2/28/2006" and here it is the

16th of March and it showed up today.

What is the postmark date?  I've often thought the US postal service is
nothing to write home about...
