If the problem is because a PTF is needed from IBM, what else would you expect the vendor to do? It sounds to me like they identified the problem as a missing PTF and told you how to fix it. Actually, they said it was a PTF on the latest cume that caused the remote journaling problem, but for two days they were replying to our requests for a fix with 'Did you call IBM yet?'
