Lesson learned:  Even if you are not in the market for a HA solution now, 
find out what the vendor's policy is prior to purchase.

I've discovered that vendors flop all over on some stuff.  Like, what do 
they charge for running their stuff on a "development" machine.  That 
varies from "no charge" up to 100%.
