So which is it? COMMON first, or LUG's first? As an extremely vocal 
opponent of the COMMON Regional Events the first time around, I have 
decided to remain neutral and adopt a wait and see approach. At least 
until a regional event that conflicts with an OMNI event gets scheduled.
