HI I have to remidiate a bunch of files. Some programs are not initializing properly so that some records, have a character at the end, that should not be there ( belongs to a prev.) I need to write a small prg that will look for a blank, then look for something other than a blank, and replace w/ a blank. Can this be done easily in SQL ? Thanks, Steve
