We've got a customer who's trying to get the secured Telnet server up (with our assistance), but when we try to access the Digital Certificate Manager on the machine's administrative web site, DCM says that the Crypto Access Provider isn't there (even though if we do a GO LICPGM on their system, it shows up big as life and twice as natural).

And of course, without DCM, Secured Telnet is a non-starter.

Anybody have any idea what could be wrong?

Make sure you have the following installed:

5722SS1 option 34 - Digital Certificate Manager
5722SS1 option 35 - Cryptographic Service Provider
5722AC3 - Crypto Access Provider 128-bit for AS/400
5722DG1 - IBM HTTP Server
5722JV1 option 3 - Java Developer Kit 1.2
