I think I've mentioned this once or twice before inconnection with other issues, but never really heardanything useful about it.

Would anybody happen to know why a "slim" 170 running V4R4would take an absurdly long time to send something toanother system by scripted FTP? It seems like thebottleneck occurs when the other system's FTP server isinitially contacted.
