There is a phenomena where I work of people who go home at end of work day,leaving their sessions signed on in the middle of updating something.

Also, we have used GO CMDSCDE very heavily to schedule stuff to run ingodawful time frames when we know no one on the system.

Fortunately, or unfortunately I get to come in at a god awful time when
there are no users on the system so there shouldn't be any downtime for
our users unless something goes awry.
