RE: IPL

Can you see any reason why it would be useful to PWRDWNSYS once a week?
The person who worked here before me scheduled the system to power down
and IPL once a week. To me it seems pointless and it causes problems
every Monday morning with device communications and listener jobs. I'm
going to suggest we don't power down anymore unless there is a real
benefit of doing it once a week.

We only power down for non-concurrent hardware maintenance.  Our normal
IPLs are done with PWRDWNSYS *IMMED RESTART(*YES).
