It's up right now, but it wasn't when I first got your email.

I called 800-IBM-4YOU
Got transferred to Electronic Response Center at 888-426-4409
Got transferred to IBM Serve at 800-426-7378
Got transferred to Web pages assessment at 800-426-8741 with no offer of
assistance or transfer

So I started again at 800-IBM-4YOU (taking names this time). Talked to
Mr. Vikran Burder
Got transferred to Electronic Response Center at 800-426-4409. Talked to
Ms. Toornina Sairax
Got transferred to IBM SERV at 800-426-7378. Took option 0 for general
information and talked to Mr. Momohd Lansur. He put me back through to
IBM SERV again and suggested that I take option 2-2 again. Which is some
Aptiva thing or some such animal. When I took that I got someone who's
phone was too quiet to hear anything he said. I hung up after he said
that he was talking loud enough.
Dialed IBM SERV at 800-426-7378 and took 2-3 for iSeries. When Ms.
Felicia Williams asked me if I wanted to open a new or existing pmr I told
her neither. She suggested that I use the Feedback button. I told her
they removed that. She tried to talk me through the web sites at
http://www-912.ibm.com I told her that web site says it is obsolete and
that I should use a different one. (Frequent updates burns IBM too!) She
then directed me to the contact button at the bottom. I told her that
offered only web feed back and I wanted to talk to someone via the phone.
She connected me to her duty manager, Ms. Shondell Radke.
The duty manager said that web site feed back is the only option. And it
could take a day for them to respond.

I can't be without this stuff for a day!!!

I did submit the web feedback, though.

(and, no, I don't want you to send me information about other offerings)
