AW: Information Center Down?

Hi Charles,

it's a real pain with this new information center.
It was down all the day until 2:00 pm (we are 4:00 pm now in Germany), and
now I can't get access any more.

Is anyone else having problems getting to the Information Center?

I can get to the page where you select version/language, but when I pick
v5r3, I get nothing.

This is with both FF and IE.
