Charles, Given that the numbers are mostly long distance, the .08 a page Maxemail > charges would probably be pretty close to what the long distance changes > would be anyways. This will be one of the things we consider. When I look at the maxemail website, it seems charges are .05 per 30 seconds, not .08 per page. Which plan are you using? LD charges these days are pretty cheap. I think they use a T1 direct to a POP bypassing the LEC charges, so their rates are way lower than 10 cents per minute. Still, since it avoids any need for new hardware, software, or ongoing maintenance, this may be a very viable option considering the relatively low volume. Doug
