Never tried this but, could you set up a Client Access print session to print to Micrsoft Fax that comes with windows? They already can handle email output, but still get the cases where people want something faxed to them instead of email, and are tired of manually faxing printed copies. That is why the volume isn't very high -- this isn't for large scale broadcast faxing. Doug
